Two things you need to know to save a life hosted by Rob Everitt

A simplified but educational evening with OBC member Rob, on how to save a life! We hope you will never need it, but always great to have the confidence that you could, should you be put in the situation, especially if on the water.

Dr Rob Everitt is an Emergency Medicine Specialist with 20 years of experience as a specialist in ED and a consultant in Intensive Care at North Shore Hospital. He has been the Match Day Doctor/Immediate Care Lead at Eden Park since the Lions tour of 2005 and is the national lead Match Day Doctor for NZ Rugby. He is a trainer for the NZ Resuscitation Council, a medical course director for NZ Rugby and has delivered immediate care courses for Sports Physiotherapy NZ and the NZ Olympic and Commonwealth Games teams. He is the tournament medical director for Rugby World Cup 2022.

Rob will be bringing along mannikins and equipment so you will be able to practice your CPR skills.
