Competition:

All OBC Member’s children between 4 - under 12 years (please refer paragraph 9) are eligible to go into the draw for the Travel vouchers. 

Submit a photo of your child with their catch (refer to Competition Rules) and all qualifying entries will go into the draw which will be held at the OBC Family Fishing 2010 Competition (March 6th 2010).  

This Competition starts on 1^st July 2009 and will close on 1^st March 2010 – So you have all year to enter.

Competition Rules    (Terms and conditions)

Valid for travel before 10 December 2011.  Voucher is non refundable, non transferable or any part redeemable for cash.  4 day advance purchase applies. 

Passports, visas, any additional meals, beverages, spending money, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.  OBC and North Harbour Corporate Travel (NHCT) as well as Culley Plumbing Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited, to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of any prize or its use.  Winners agree to the use of their business and or personal names for the purposes of publicity.  All components of this package are supplied by NHCT.  Final reservation must be made through NHCT (Ph: 09 448 2053, fax 09 448 2057 or email office@nhct.co.nz)

Condition of Entry:

1. The competition is open to children from age 4 – under 12 only (age 12 at competitions end and before travelling)

2. The photo’s must be of the entrant (OBC Child) and a fish

3. Only one photo per child can be entered

4. The photo must have the child’s name, age, phone number and OBC membership number on the back

5. Mum and/or Dad and/or Grandparents must be a member of the OBC when the photo is entered and must still be a member when the prize is drawn

6. All photos sent in cannot be returned

7. The winner must be there on the day of the draw to collect the prize. If not, the prize will be redrawn until the winner in person claims the prize

8. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into

9. This Competition is exclusively for OBC Member’s Children/Grandchildren/Stepchildren/De facto children only – no exceptions, i.e. no nieces, nephews etc.

10. If Mum and Dad are in a de facto relationship and the child’s last name differs from the registered members name, please write the member’s name on the back of the photo also (we will be checking)

11. If Mum and Dad have remarried and the child’s name differs please also put member’s name on the photo

12. If the OBC, Culley Plumbing or NHCT find any discrepancies in the entry or with the winner the prize remains that of the aforementioned.

13. The travel voucher will have a maximum value of $2500 including GST.
