OBC NAUTI GIRLS 2010 - "MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION"

SATURDAY 30th OCTOBER

Ladies it’s that time of the year again to organise your team and capture your master baiters so you can get your team entered in the 6th Annual OBC Nauti Girls competition.

It’s again your day to be pampered. The whole idea of the competition is that it is for the girls only. Just one male per team allowed (the master baiter, skipper, drinks movement officer and general slave for the girls for the day). So get him baking those nibbles for the day

If it’s anything like last year we will have a waiting list again so get your teams together and your entries in. There’s a bonus this year of an Early bird draw (the prize will make someone very happy). Last year we were booked out by early September. Book now and don’t be disappointed.  Earlybird Draw Closes Wednesday 15 September 2010.

For those of you that missed out the last five years you’ve missed a superb event which is turning into a must do on the OBC calendar. Each year the teams put a lot of effort into the costumes and were well rewarded for their efforts, everyone had a great day; a fun filled evening and danced the night away.

Then after weigh-in your master baiter can deliver you home and finish washing the boat down, clean the house and generally grovel, then bring you back for the evening function.

This year’s theme is ”Miss Nauti World” (costumes from around the world) for the night so get those thinking caps on and give the paparazzi something to get their cameras clicking at.

The Rules:    (Link to Rules)

This year’s rules are simple:

1. All of the OBC normal rules apply

2. No cancellations once booked and paid (consider it a donation if you withdraw)

3. Bookings only accepted with payment in full

4. Fishing must start after 6am Saturday morning (boats can go out the night before)

5. Weigh-in will be between 2.30 and 3.30 pm sharp (all fish returned to anglers)

6. A team must have 2 or 3 ladies plus 1 master baiter

7. Master baiter is not able to fish

8. This is a ladies only fishing competition, so NO OTHER MALES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BOAT OR AT THE PRIZE GIVING

9. Rain date: There is no cancellation of the contest. If weather is bad on the day prize giving and dinner will go ahead (all in fancy dress still) and fish prizes will be drawn.

10. Teams must dress up for the evening event (fancy dress during the day is optional)

11. No Sharks, rays or eels will be weighed so put them back

12. Prizes: To be advised you won’t be disappointed

Entry Form Here- Enter Now
Remember the prize pool is huge and it’s a fun event where everybody lets their hair down and dances into the night so don’t delay. Entry fee $65 per person. Entry fee covers glass of champagne on arrival, dinner and disco, surplus funds go to the "Make a Wish Foundation", a charity that makes wishes come true for very ill kids. So come and join the fun and also help a wish come true for a sick kid.

Rain hail or snow the night will go ahead so ladies get your team together and find your master baiter (slave for the day). Guys get in behind this great day and great cause, come and have some fun to help ease the pain and humility. If the weather on the day is too bad (over 20knots) to safely go fishing the “fishing competition” will be held at the dinner dance, a bucket of water will hold a school of fish and every team will have there chance to catch one, one fish per team and the prize draw will begin for the major prizes.

And don’t forget to bring your spare cash and a cheque book as there will be raffles, and a charity auction during the night as well.

Registration Form Here:  Book and pay now, tickets are strictly limited to 110 and like the last few years we have had a big waiting list with a number of disappointed people.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Many Thanks from the Nauti Girls Organising committee
