Hardstands are permanent boat parking spaces available to members.

 Size: Available for up to 26ft (7.9m) vessels
 Cost: $31.00 per week/$1612 per annum paid in advance. Period covered is 1 June to 31 May.
 Waitlist: The waitlist period is approximately six to ten years at present.
Conditions: Allocated space is for member's vessels only. Vessel must be inspected in order to use launching ramps. Member must be a current financial member of the OBC. 
Relinquished: Two weeks notice should be given to relinquish hardstand spaces.
Partners in Vessel: All partners in a vessel must waitlist their names for hardstand. If the existing member who has been allocated the hardstand space wishes to relinquish, this hardstand is not transferred to the partner. The second partner must remove vessel and wait until their name moves to the top of the waitlist.
Warrant of Fitness:  Members boat trailer must have a current warrant of fitness.
Tidiness:  All vessels must be kept in a tidy condition and fitted covers must be securely tightened.
